Ed's is a fine dining establishment located in St. Edward's Hall. It was established in 2010 by the illustrious Brian Conway at the direction of President Fritz Schoenhut. In 2011, Ed's was placed in the care and competent hands of Andrew Borchert, where under his tutelage, a beacon of culinary excellence and profitability were established that continues down to this very day. Many Gentlemen carry on this tradition by working as Chefs including Ben Merrick, one of the finest Ed's has ever seen.
